We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.
1. United States: 15-35 working days

2. Canada, Europe: 17-45 working days

3. Others: 25-60 working days

***At the moment, all our products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***

We accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the arrival date, especially for fragile products. No returns made after 15 days from the delivery date will be accepted.
